Terms of Service

1. Avatar Management System

Users may create multiple avatars under a single account to explore different aspects of their personality and engage with various communities within the game.

2. Avatar Limits and Restrictions

Red Flag Warning (6 Avatars): Maximum Recommended concurrent Avatars is 5 (Five) Upon reaching 6 avatars, the system will flag your account and memory release capabilities will be hindered. This serves as a warning that you are approaching the system limits.

Tilted Machine Effect (12 Avatars): Creating a 12th avatar is a violation of terms and will trigger the "Tilted Machine" effect, completely preventing login access to the site. This action constitutes a violation of our Terms and Agreements. Max concurrent avatars is 11 (Eleven).

3. Violation Process

Users who trigger the Tilted Machine effect will:

  • Receive an email notification of Terms and Agreements violation
  • Be required to argue why the restriction is unjustified
  • Have their case reviewed by the Public Trust of the Creators
  • Only 2nd level and above community members may participate in the vote

4. Token System

All LIVES expire after 30 days to encourage active gameplay. Token types include 1-Life ($1.99), 3-Life ($3.99), 6-Life ($6.99), 9-Life ($9.99 *also good for creator account access), and special Diamond ($999), Solstice ($9,999) and KTG Key ($99,999) tokens for commecial accounts and premium experiences. You can keep TOKENS indefinitely but once applied to an avatar they are CONSUMED by the Avatars existence and become invalid when the Avatar has lived 28 days. As long as you provide another token and provided the Avatar has not been ZAPPED you may extend the life indefinately or self terminate anytime.

The WALLET & TOKENS IN YOUR WALLET DO NOT EXPIRE.

5. Zap System

The Zap system ensures fair play by preventing repeated interactions between users who have "zapped" each other. This maintains the integrity of the matching system.

ZAPS and HIDES are a WALLET LEVEL EVENTS. These interactions cause a firewall between zapper and zappee, hider and hidee. Now the partiipants cannot reconnect unless they get a new wallet and the system is looking for hardware making multiple wallets which can trigger a Tilted Machine Event.

6. Data and Privacy

Your avatar data, wallet information, and game statistics are stored securely and linked to your account. Avatar termination does not delete wallet history or token records.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must engage respectfully with other players, maintain appropriate avatar names and taglines, and follow community guidelines in all interactions.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
